Art with a Heart for Children
Art with
a Heart for Children is an arts in healthcare organization
that provides personalized fine art experiences that enhance the
healing process for patients and their families. Founded
in 2001, the program has served more than 15,000 children through
more than 20,000 contact hours. Art with a Heart coordinated
the patient illustrations for the Jacksonville
from A to Z
book. Through their support, 22 patients provided 28 illustrations.
The organization receives 50 percent of the net sales proceeds.
